About

Wizard Cat Design is Ryan Fairweather, an award-winning professional creative specializing in digital product design and project management.

Earning a BFA in glassblowing in 2005, Ryan started Bee Kingdom Glass, a glassblowing studio, with two other artists. Bee Kingdom Glass ran for 15 years and and exhibited in galleries and museums in cities including Athens, New York, Monterrey, Cheong-Ju, Winnipeg, Calgary, Edmonton, and Seattle and enjoyed residencies in Istanbul and Tacoma.

Ryan pivoted to tech in 2021 with a focus on UX/UI design and works as senior UX/UI designer and project manager at Pixeltree in Calgary, Alberta.

Ryan has a wife, a daughter, two rescue dogs, and likes cute shit, video games, yoga, music production, weightlifting, dogs, cats, pink, space, and sci-fi.
